We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact in their original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order details. Once the exchange is approved via email confirmation, ship the item back to us.
Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item, mention the replacement product in your request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please note the returned product will be couriered at your cost, and the exchanged product will be sent at our cost. There will no exceptions to this policy.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited via the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
